Brighton Beach House…

Set on the seafront with views of the pier, Brighton Beach House spans two floors and features Art Deco inspired interiors, a rooftop terrace and a banana shaped pool specially design by artist David Shrigley. The club menu has been specially created for Brighton, with a focus on seafood while the dining room serves Mediterranean inspired dishes. The club also features fitness facilities including free weights, cardio areas, a sauna and steam room.

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Barback to join our team at Brighton Beach House (BN2 1AY). Your main responsibilities are to support the bartending teams in the smooth running of the bar. This includes ensuring the bar is stocked with spirits, garnishes, ice, and other products needed throughout their shift. You will ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for use.

What we are looking for...

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential)
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
